[Official Announcement] SOC Corporation receives the 8th "Management Design Certification" Startup Certification

**SOC Corporation**, the company behind the ONSENSUI 99 brand, has obtained a Startup Certification in the
**8th "Management Design Certification"** hosted by the Japan Productivity Center's Council for Management Quality.

This certification system recognizes companies that clearly define their desired organizational vision and transformation challenges as a "management blueprint" and are committed to continuous management reform and growth.

■ What is Management Design Certification?

The "Management Design Certification" was established in fiscal year 2018.
It evaluates and certifies whether companies have clarified their future vision and transformation scenarios,
and have developed an executable management design.

In fiscal year 2026, a record 28 organizations received certification.
