These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as ``Terms'') set forth the terms and conditions for the sale of products and related services on the official online store for Thailand of ``Onsensui99'' (hereinafter referred to as ``this site'') operated by SOC Corporation (Thailand) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ``our company'').
By using this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 1 (Scope of application)
These Terms apply to all services provided through this site (product orders, regular deliveries, response to inquiries, etc.).

Article 2 (Prohibited matters)
When using this site, you must not:

False registration/order, impersonation of another person

Purchasing products for the purpose of unauthorized resale or resale

Acts that interfere with site operation (unauthorized access to the system, excessive orders, etc.)

Acts that infringe on the intellectual property, trademark, portrait, and privacy rights of our company or a third party

Acts that violate the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand and public order and morals.

Article 3 (Price/Shipping Fee/Payment Method)
The product price is the total amount including VAT (value added tax 7%) and shipping fee (200 THB per box).

Payment methods are one of the following:
- Credit card (Visa/Mastercard/JCB, etc.)
- PromptPay
- Bank transfer (financial institution in Thailand)

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of unauthorized payment or non-payment.

Article 4 (Establishment of contract and change/cancellation of orders)
The contract for the purchase of goods will be formed when you complete your order and we send you a confirmation email.

As a general rule, we cannot accept changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed. Please check the details of your order carefully before finalizing your order.

In the unlikely event that the product is out of stock or undeliverable, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Article 5 (Delivery)
Products can only be delivered within Thailand. The service area is centered around the Bangkok metropolitan area, and plans to expand in the future.

Usually, we will ship within 3-5 business days after confirming your order. However, delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions.

Shipping is done in units of 1 box, and the displayed price includes the shipping fee (200 THB per box).

Article 6 (Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations)
Because "Onsensui 99" is drinking water (food), due to hygiene management reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer circumstances (e.g. taste preference, wrong order, etc.) after the product has been shipped.

However, in the following cases, we will only accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product:
(1) If the product arrives damaged or leaked, etc.
(2) If you receive a product that differs from your order
(3) If there is an obvious defect in the product (contamination with foreign matter, poor sealing, etc.)

If the above applies to you, please contact us at support@onsensui99.com. After confirming the situation, we will resend the replacement item or issue a refund at our shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened/opened once
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- If there is deterioration due to improper storage such as high temperature, high humidity, or direct sunlight.

Article 7 (Regular Purchase)
Subscription is a service that delivers products continuously according to the delivery frequency (monthly/every 2 months/every 3 months) selected by the customer.

To skip, suspend, change, or cancel your subscription, please operate from My Account at least 3 business days before the next scheduled delivery date.

Regular purchase benefits (discounts, shipping services, etc.) are subject to change or termination without notice.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
The copyrights and trademark rights of all content posted on this site (text, images, logos, designs, trademarks, etc.) belong to our company or SOC Co., Ltd., our head office in Japan.
Unauthorized reproduction, diversion, and commercial use are prohibited.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
There are individual differences in the usability and effectiveness of our products, and we do not guarantee medical efficacy.

Site usage may be temporarily restricted due to communication failures, system errors, maintenance work, etc. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by this.

Article 10 (Governing law/jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this site or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangkok Civil Court of first instance.

Article 11 (Revision of Terms)
Our company may change or update the contents of these Terms without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective at the time they are posted on this site.
